Rain cape completely enclosed with sleeves. The front has a 1/3 zip and a Velcro strap covering the zip. On the back of the cape a special gap to strap onto the handles of the wheelchair. The Cape and the seams are windproof and waterproof. Especially for people who must remain seated most of the time. Adaptive rain cape comes with the hood to protect you from getting wet.
