Ladies long sleeved blouse with a large fold in the back. The full back open blouse has a button closure at the neck. This adaptive clothing is especially designed for women who display resistance behaviour or have suffered from stroke. The open back makes it easy to put on the blouse while the patient is seated. It looks like an ordinary blouse from the front.
