2055 NEW Body with a crouch zipper

Purchased this item for my Autistic Son who does require to wear Disposable Diapers. Years of assisting detouring & preventing him from disrobing himself in public places & even at school. His Occupational Therapists & myself were out searching for some kind of undergarment that he could wear 24/7/365. That would prevent him access to his diapers and not have troubles or worries when he does disrobe from his clothes.
