Refunds and Exchanges

Dear 4Care Customer,

It is our deepest desire that everyone be 100% satisfied with our unique line of handicap clothing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, then you can return the products, only under certain conditions. This stipulation also applies to products you ordered for a view and/or to determine the size. You may fit the products but not wear them.

Please only return the products after you have contacted 4Care by telephone. 4Care will give you a reference number that you have to mention when you are making your returns. Without this reference number your return shipment will not be eligible for return. Please also include a copy of your packing list or invoice. The returns must also be accompanied by a short note in which you describe the reason for returning products.


You cannot return products if:

  • The products are labelled or have been labelled;
  • The products are washed;
  • The products were worn or are dirty;
  • The product is specially made ​​for you;
  • The purchase is older than three weeks.
