Register:
For access to quick and easy purchases the best solution is to register as a customer. At 4Care we have strict policies in place to ensure we are always complying with the Data Protection Act. We store all your personal information/data internally and never share your information with any third party organization. The advantage of registering as a customer is that you can view any of your previous orders and that your information will be stored which will in turn make the process of future purchases quicker and easier. You are required to register just once, when you visit our site again you can log in and view available information or place a new order. If your details change you can easily modify them yourself in your account. If you also register for the newsletter you will remain fully informed of all news and/or offers and promotions.
One-Time purchase:
If you do not want to register as a customer you can also make one-time purchases as a guest. After adding your desired items to your basket you should proceed to check-out. Follow all instructions on screen, enter your personal information which is required, such as delivery information. Your personal information won't be saved and neither will your purchase history so you won't be able to come back to view your previous purchases. In addition, you will also not be informed of all our news and/or offers and promotions.
Order:
The order procedure remains almost the same for both of the purchase options. Navigate to the product you wish to purchase, fill in the desired amount and/or the size required. Next step is to add the product to your basket, go to check-out and then simply follow the instructions on the order screen. You can choose to complete your order as a one-time purchase or order via your registered account. You will see an overview of your order. You will know your order has been successfully completed when you see 'Ending' on your screen. You will then receive a confirmation email which will include an overview of your order. If the products in your order are available in stock your package will be shipped the same day. For custom made products please expect delivery time to be around 2-3 weeks. The package you receive will contain an invoice or packing list.
